Many of you have heard of "hunt camp" where Ben goes. This past weekend we went to Beach Brook Hunt Club "hunt camp" as a family and met up with some friends for a wonderful weekend!
Saturday morning Ben and Billy finished putting the roof on the new deck. It was wonderful shade and we spent lots of the weekend out on this great porch!
Here's a picture of the front of the cabin. Upstairs there are too bunk rooms were we slept. Downstairs is a living room, dining room and kitchen and below the corner of the front porch where you can see concrete blocks, that's the bathroom. To the left of this picture is where they set up a pasture for the horses that Billy's family brought. So when we went to bed and woke up in the morning we could see the horses right out the window :)
This is the back side of the cabin. Upstairs is the entrance to the bunk rooms and downstairs is the entrance to the living room and kitchen.
It only took Olivia a few minutes to hop in one of the creeks that crosses the drive into hunt camp (Ben says this is a road, I call it a "trail" lol) Here are Olivia and Riley Rose (Billy's daughter) playing in the creek...Riley is 7 and the girls had lots of fun!
Next the girls went to work washing one of the stones for the fire pit...

Back to work...cleaning the bench...a bucket, some soap and sponges...lasted them forever!

Later in the day we walked down the trail to one of the areas of the creek that is good for wading. Mommy held Zachariah while Daddy got in the cold creek with the girls!
The girls found another spot where the water crossed the trail :)
