Family Photo Catch Up!

Wow, it has been one busy month! We've had so much fun with family visits, house projects and little travels! But now it's time to do some catch up on here...be watching for some catch up pics from Sept, Oct, Nov and now :)

In our back yard out side our play area, we have a work in progress fire pit and Daddy made us a nice comfy pallet bench to enjoy it. Oh the fun in trying to catch a family pictures~lol!

Lunchtime Fun

Zachariah in Granny's Basket...which now holds our diapers nicely & Our smiley...can't keep a shirt on her...Olivia :)

 On Tuesday Zachariah pulled himself up to standing for the first time! The pics are a little blurry but I got them!

 One of our night time diapers (I'll have to fill you in on all the cloth diapering later, it's going well!)...a bamboo fitted under a fleece soaker...no leaks here!

And finally...stuck or relaxing??? Well, there was no crying, only smiles :)

And...today for the first time...Zachariah figured out how to get his knees to do a real crawl!!! Tried to get it on camera but that just wasn't happening, so tomorrow I'll try again!

Outside Friends :)

After a nice walk we headed back to the house to play in Olivia's playhouse. Olivia called Kojak into her house and he went in and sat down!

It was Olivia's idea to take Zachariah out in his exersaucer and it was a great idea!

I Had A Little Turtle...

I had a little turtle. I put him in a box. He swam and swam and swam and he climbed on the rocks. He snapped at a mosquito. He snapped at a flea. He snapped at a fly. And he snapped at me. He caught the mosquito. He caught the flea. He caught the fly. 

But he didn't catch ME! 

Grandma's Glasses

These are Grandma's glasses. This is Grandma's hat. This is the way she folds her hands and places them in her lap. These are Grandpa's glasses. This is Grandpa's hat. (Olivia added in Grandpa's nose!) This is the way he folds his arms, just like that!

Hand Rhymes :)

Olivia's Aunt Jane~the Great One ;) has been teaching Olivia hand rhymes each time we visit. Olivia will be lying in bed or hanging out around the house and I'll here her doing them! It's very very cute! Today she did them for me so I could record them...her slightly condensed versions :)

Here is the beehive, where are the bees?
Hidden inside were nobody sees.
Watch and you will see them come out of their hive,
One, two, three, four, five, Buzz, buzz, buzz.

What can me do?

"What can me do?" Is sometimes what Olivia will say to me when she can't decide what to do or she can't do something she wants to. Here are some pix of the things we do!

Make a tent...I love that Olivia and Zachariah are starting to play together! Olivia will make a tent and they both will be in it having fun!

 Zachariah no longer stays in one place, rolling and inching his way around...He will grab anything he can get to!

 And he's frequently getting into quite the predicament!

 Olivia is really enjoying learning to cut with her "no no's" :) She knows the names of the individual things but usually calls each of them (scissors, guns, knives) "no no's" anytime she refers to them!

Olivia is such a sweet big sister and already enjoys her brother :)

When Zachariah is in his pack and play and makes any little noise, Olivia is quick to get on her chair and check on him!

Today Olivia really became interested in holding Zachariah. When he woke up from a nap she was sitting on the bed looking at him and said "hold." She held him for a long time smiling and laughing at him!

(The glowing light is from the light machine that Zachariah has to have on him for a couple days until his billirubon levels go down. Please pray they drop quickly!)
