A New Friend

This weekend we enjoyed time hanging out with our friends, Belinda and Justin. They have a little butler statue that stands by their front door and Olivia found a new friend! He's just her size. The first time she met him she walked up and said "hi". Then she wanted to touch him and kept tying to hug him but his tray kept getting in her way! She enjoyed her new friend.

Little Climber!

Our little Olivia has learned a new skill! Here's a little background about today...we were at our friends' house and we put Olivia down for a nap in her pack-in-play in their spare room. I was waiting outside the door to make sure she had gone to sleep when all of a sudden I saw the door handle start to rattle (they have handles, not knobs and Olivia quickly figured them out!) and out she came! She had climbed out of the pack-in-play and opened the door! So, I got her to sleep and sure enough when she woke up a couple hours later she climbed out again, opened the door and called for Mommy! Just how did she do it?! We wanted to know...

Here are Mommy and Daddy trying to get Olivia to show us how she did it!

She made it all the way!

Baby Update :)

Today we had another doctor's appointment to check on our little one. Sarah is now 17 weeks pregnant and everything seems to be right on track. Right now our little one is about 6 inches long and weighs about 6 ounces...think baked potato size! Today the heartbeat was around 156 and Sarah's belly measured right at 17 weeks. At our next appointment in the 3rd week of May they will do an ultrasound and hopefully we will find out if our little one is a boy or a girl!!!
