Scout Sniper

On May 21, 2009 Ben graduated from Scout Sniper School. The school included training and exercises in land navigation, daily shooting, concealment, stalking, tracking, and classroom instruction and testing. And the final week they completed a 48 hour FEX (Final Exercise) where they combined all their skills and carried out missions.

We are so excited that Ben has graduated! It has been 9 weeks of Ben leaving on Sunday afternoons and not returning until Friday evenings. His typical day started at 0445 (4:45a) and didn't end until around 1100 (9:00p).
The happy reunion!!!

The guys in the green flight suits are members of SRT that work with Ben.

Olivia found a friend to smile out while we were waiting for the graduation to start.
Olivia was very good during the graduation. She played with her toys
and drank her bottle. She didn't cry at all but she did decide to talk!!!

Strolling like a big girl!

Yesterday was a beautiful day and Olivia and Mommy went for a walk. This was the first time Olivia road in her stroller facing forward like a big girl!!! She enjoyed the walk very much, watching everything and taking it all in.

In this picture you can see Olivia holding a blue play mirror. At the beginning of the walk she was holding it and I was going to leave it at the house so it didn't fall. Olivia started to cry because she wanted to take her toy on the walk! She held the mirror the entire walk. Only once did it start to fall and she held on to it by one string and started to cry to let me know. She never dropped it!!!
Her little feet just love to touch everything!

That long walk made her relaxed and tired.
Big Yawn!

Ready to get ready!

Sometimes I splash around and sometimes I just lie and relax.

This week my toes made it to my mouth and bath time is the perfect for it!!!

Almost Clean :)

Olivia likes to watch the water come out of the faucet before getting rinsed off.

All Clean!!!Olivia was so wiggly after her bath I couldn't get a still picture!!
Found my toes again :)
Next I get my clean diaper and lots of lotion.
Once her pajamas are on Olivia stands up and looks in the mirror above her changing table. She smiles and talks to herself but I couldn't get it on camera!
All snuggly with her Bear & ready for bed
