Let's Play Ball!

Today was so beautiful and warm! Olivia and Mommy enjoyed it very much! After two weeks of all kinds of sick for poor little Olivia, she is finally back to her smiley self :)

...fortunately it was so beautiful and sunny she didn't even need it :)

Ball!

This morning we went outside for a walk and Olivia noticed the bunnies on a neighbors flag and just loved them. She remembered them when we went back outside this evening and headed over to check them out. You can hear her say "bunny".

One of the times she sat down because she didn't want to go the way Mommy wanted to go!

Olivia noticed our neighbors play set through the trees and tried to crawl to it.

I told her to smell the flower but instead she wanted to smell the bush next to it that hadn't bloomed! She smiled cause she knew she was being silly :)

Olivia and I made our way back inside and sat down to eat a snack and watch our videos we had just taken outside. When Olivia heard the video of me asking her what a bird says she immediately started "tweeting"!

Baking Cookies

Today Olivia helped Mommy make Chocolate Chip Cookies...yummy! At first it took some work to distract Olivia from saying "more" in such a sweet way after each chocolate chip but then we started mixing and she liked that:) She was such a great helper!

She actually liked it a lot!

For several minutes before we tried to record Olivia helping she held on to the mixer the whole time and even moved it around. But, of course when the camera came on...she acted liked she didn't want to touch it!

She was very excited for the timer to go off! Tomorrow she will get to eat a cookie (she wasn't feeling well tonight), and I'll be sure to add pictures of that too!

15 Months

Today Olivia had her 15 month well-child check up at the doctor. She's growing so fast! She is 32 1/2 inches tall and weighs 22 1/2 pounds. Shots were a little rougher this visit because Olivia new what was coming! But after the shots the nurse gave her a taste of her first lollipop and oh did she enjoy it!

Popsicle!

Olivia is now learning how to eat Popsicles! The first few I offered a taste of she would just stick her tongue out to taste. But with this lime one she really figured out how to eat it! And of course they are 100% juice! I'd say her faces say sour and cold!

Olivia is also learning that her babies like to eat too! She likes to put them in the chairs at the table and we pretend to give them bites of food :)
